Finn

Finn

Male · Domestic Short Hair · 9 years, 3 months

Meet Finn, a soft-eyed sweetheart with a watchful gaze and the gentlest little scratchy meow you’ve ever heard! This handsome boy has the kind of presence that instantly makes a house feel like home. With his calm demeanor and loyal heart, Finn is the definition of a “velcro cat” — he doesn’t just love his people, he belongs with them. Whether he’s perched beside you on the couch or quietly trailing behind you from room to room, Finn’s favorite place in the world is right by your side. Finn thrives in calm, predictable spaces where he can settle in at his own pace. While he bonds with humans right away — happily accepting belly rubs, being picked up, and soaking up affection from the start — new environments can take him a little time to adjust to. A quieter home without too much chaos would suit him best, ideally with someone retired or who works from home so he can enjoy regular companionship. He can entertain himself when his humans are out, but his heart is happiest when he has his people nearby. Finn is okay with dogs and can live with other cats given a proper, patient introduction. He may be selective about his feline friends, though, and would be perfectly content as a cherished solo cat. This curious but cautious boy enjoys observing the world from the safety of a cozy perch or, better yet, your lap. He often “guards” his humans — sitting with or even on them as if it’s his official job to keep watch. Total guard cat status achieved! When he’s not cuddling or napping, he likes to quietly explore his surroundings, taking everything in with thoughtful eyes. So far, toys haven’t impressed him much, but as he continues to feel more comfortable, that playful spark may very well emerge. What never wavers, though, is his affection. He has met new people in his foster home and has been wonderfully friendly with everyone — Finn truly loves all people. With his soft, slightly raspy meow and unwavering devotion, Finn is ready to be someone’s constant companion. He’s the kind of cat who will fill your days with quiet comfort, steady loyalty, and warm, watchful love. If you’re looking for a gentle shadow, a faithful guard, and a best friend all wrapped into one, Finn is patiently waiting to meet his lucky forever family.
