Spay/Neuter and Vaccinations
All FFF cats are spayed or neutered before adoption. After adoption, you are responsible for your cat’s ongoing veterinary care, including any remaining vaccinations and future boosters. FFF does not provide vaccinations after adoption. Please review your cat’s medical records with your veterinarian to schedule follow-up care.

Forever Fortunate Felines is a fully foster-based cat rescue serving Chicagoland. Visits take place in foster homes or at participating cat cafés, Petco stores and PetSmart stores. Check each cat’s listing and coordinate with our adoption team for the meeting location and arrangements. FFF does not operate a central walk-in shelter.

Aurora
Meet Aurora , the quiet little sweetheart who may take a little time to warm up—but once she decides you're her person, prepare yourself for purrs, chirps, cuddles, and a whole lot of love. Aurora was the last of her litter to be born, and she seems to have carried a little of that shyness with her. She's usually quieter and more reserved than her siblings, and she may take some time to feel comfortable with new people. But Aurora has a secret she's waiting to reveal: she is actually the cuddliest kitten in her entire litter. Once you've earned her trust, Aurora will reward you with deep purrs and her beautiful little chirps. She loves attention and is happiest when she's getting pets from her favorite people. In fact, she's a total lap cat who would be perfectly content spending plenty of time curled up with someone who loves to snuggle as much as she does. Of course, Aurora is still a kitten, which means she has plenty of playful energy too! She loves toys that are noisy or dangly and is always happy to take a break from cuddling for a good play session. Then, naturally, she'll want to come right back for more pets. Aurora's favorite hobby may just be being everyone's best friend. She has a gentle, loving nature and would be happiest with someone who appreciates a quieter kitten and is willing to give her the time she needs to come out of her shell. Because she's still young, Aurora needs to be adopted into a home with another kitty friend to socialize, play, and grow up with. She would love nothing more than a sibling ( Leo , Ayla , or Nova ) or new feline friend she can shower with her sweet little kisses. If you're looking for a kitten who may start out a little shy but blossoms into the most loving, purring, lap-loving companion, Aurora is your girl. Give her a little patience, a warm lap, some gentle pets, and a feline friend—and Aurora will show you just how much love this quiet little girl has been saving up for you.
