Spay/Neuter and Vaccinations
All FFF cats are spayed or neutered before adoption. After adoption, you are responsible for your cat’s ongoing veterinary care, including any remaining vaccinations and future boosters. FFF does not provide vaccinations after adoption. Please review your cat’s medical records with your veterinarian to schedule follow-up care.

Forever Fortunate Felines is a fully foster-based cat rescue serving Chicagoland. Visits take place in foster homes or at participating cat cafés, Petco stores and PetSmart stores. Check each cat’s listing and coordinate with our adoption team for the meeting location and arrangements. FFF does not operate a central walk-in shelter.

Craig
Meet Craig, a handsome boy with soulful eyes and the sweetest heart. While he may be a little shy when meeting new people or settling into a new home, don’t let his timid first impression fool you—once he realizes he’s safe, Craig transforms into one of the biggest love bugs you’ll ever meet. Like many sensitive cats, Craig just needs a little patience while he adjusts. If he’s feeling nervous or uncertain, he may let out a small hiss to let you know he’s overwhelmed, but he’s never aggressive. Give him the time and understanding he needs, and before long you’ll find him seeking out sunny windowsills, curling up in your lap, and soaking up all the love he can get. More than anything, Craig is a true snuggle bug who would happily choose cuddles over playtime almost every time. Craig has met other cats, dogs, and plenty of people. He does well with other animals as long as introductions are slow and thoughtful, allowing him to build confidence at his own pace. He would be happy as your one and only feline or with a friendly cat companion. While he could adjust to most home environments, Craig would have a slight preference for a quieter home where he can settle in comfortably. He would also do well with respectful, patient children who understand cat body language and are willing to let him warm up on his own terms. Craig is the kind of cat who rewards kindness with unwavering affection. Watching his shy personality blossom into a devoted, cuddly companion is incredibly special.
